Yes, it is compatible.
The Huawei B818 router has two TS-9 ports (“MAIN” and “DIV”) underneath a tab on the back. You'll need 2 SMA-female/TS9-male adapters to connect the antenna to the router; those are available (along with lengths of coax cable) in the drop-down options at the top of our XPOL-2-5G antenna product page.
