The Uniden UM50 amplifies FirstNet (cellular band 14) and AT&T consumer (cellular band 12), so you will get the benefits of both networks from one booster.
If you want reception for higher bands of cellular frequency (like band 5, band 2, and band 4—see this table), you could use a separate booster like the Fusion2Go 3.0 you mentioned, but you’d want to run that as a separate, independent system with its own outside and inside antennas.
A two-way splitter cuts the signal strength to/from the booster in half. Since both boosters are low-gain mobile boosters (50 dB maximum), a splitter would reduce the input/output signal so much that the boosters wouldn’t be effective inside your vehicle.
