The WilsonPro 1000C amplifies five common bands of cellular frequency; T-Mobile operates on three of those five (bands 12, 4, and 2/25). If T-Mobile is running 5G in your area on any of those bands, the 1000C will amplify them.
The WilsonPro 1000C will not amplify some of the newer dedicated 5G bands that T-Mobile is using, including bands 71, 41, and 77/78/79 (C-band). (See here for a complete list of cellular bands.)
