Yes, the WilsonPro 710i cell signal booster can be purchased and installed by a consumer in a home. Please keep in mind the following requirements:
- Because the WilsonPro 710i is an industrial (Part 90) booster, you must obtain preapproval from T-Mobile before installing and commissioning it. (See here for more information.)
- The WinsoPro 710i is a high-gain booster. To prevent signal oscillation and booster shutdown, it requires considerable separation between the outside and inside antennas or some type of shielding between the two antennas (like a metal roof).
