Yes, a wireless hotspot that converts cellular to WiFi will be able to use the stronger signal from a cell signal booster.
We recommend placing the hotspot about 8 to 10 feet from the signal booster's inside antenna, then adjusting that distance until the hotspot is providing optimum signal inside your home.
Do not place the hotspot right up against the booster's inside antenna, and do not try to connect the booster to the hotspot with a cable; doing either of these may overload and damage the hotspot.
