This version of the Top Signal Onyx NMO antenna includes the antenna and the cable with mount. It does not include the flat bracket, L-bracket, and N connector that are found in the TS210382-BRK.
If you need the brackets, you can purchase the TS210382-BRK and the 14-foot cable (TS432001) separately.
