As long as you have at least some outside cell signal, the SolidRF Signal Plus will amplify that signal and improve your indoor reception. If you can make a phone call when you're outside your home (under open sky), then the Signal Plus will work for you. How much coverage you'll get inside depends on a few factors, including how strong the outside signal is and where you place the inside antenna.
